This Privacy Policy explains how the HEIC to JPG app ("the app", "we") handles your information. The short version: your photos never leave your device, and we collect only the minimal data needed to operate purchases and improve the app.

1. Your photos stay on your device

All image conversion (HEIC, JPG, PNG, PDF, GIF) happens entirely on your iPhone. Your photos are:

• Never uploaded to any server
• Never seen by us or anyone else
• Only saved back to your photo library when you tap Save, using permission you grant

The app requests add-only access to your photo library, which means it can save converted photos but cannot browse, read, or delete your existing photos. Photos you select for conversion are chosen through Apple's photo picker, which shares only the specific photos you pick.

Temporary converted files are stored in the app's private storage on your device and are cleaned up automatically.

2. Information we collect

We do not require an account and never collect your name, email address, contacts, or location.

To operate subscriptions and understand how the app is used, we use two third-party services:

Superwall (paywall and subscription management). Superwall may collect:

• A random device identifier (not tied to your identity)
• Basic device information (device model, iOS version, language, region)
• App usage events (e.g. app opened, paywall viewed, purchase started/completed)
• Your subscription status
